Shipping policy

Original paintings ship from Colorado. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout from the delivery address and packaged artwork. We aim to dispatch ready original paintings within 3–5 business days after payment. Tracking is provided when the order ships.

Prints are made to order through our production partner. Production time is additional to carrier transit time. Available shipping options and charges appear at checkout. Originals and prints may arrive in separate packages.

Custom paintings follow the production and delivery schedule agreed with Ali before a deposit is paid. Please contact goods.bench@gmail.com before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Oversized originals marked “shipping quote required” require a delivery quote before payment. Contact goods.bench@gmail.com with the painting title and delivery ZIP code. Do not assume standard parcel rates apply.
